Our Babies on Board class is designed for parents who want to stay active without the stress of finding childcare. This 30-minute bootcamp delivers all the energy, strength, and conditioning of our regular sessions, but with thoughtful modifications for pregnant women, new mothers, and fathers looking to bring their little ones along.

Work up a sweat while your baby relaxes safely nearby, children must remain in their prams, buggies, or seated in the designated area throughout the class. It’s the perfect way to reclaim your fitness, boost your mood, and connect with other parents in a supportive, family-friendly environment.
