Our Strength classes offer integrated, compound exercises that use lots of muscles simultaneously alongside isolated upper and lower body movements that are proven to improve strength, power, core stability and balance. Strength training is at the heart of all of our programs and we use carefully selected movement patterns and cues designed to improve joint control and develop your strength drills, efficiency and power.
