6 Major Compound Movements covered. The Squat, Hip Hinge, Vertical Press Vertical Pull, Horizontal Press and Horizontal Pull. Strength, technique, precision and power. Class targets are Muscular Strength, Muscular Endurance, Flexibility & Mobility and Balance/Co-ordination. Working all major muscles this session is instructor led and focuses on technique, form and quality throughout using Dumbbells, Barbells and other S&C equipment in Action Fitness.
